Flower District in Downtown Los Angeles

Between the fashion and jewelry districts in downtown Los Angeles, there are six blocks of flower brokers, vendors, and farmers. Founded in 1921, The Original Los Angeles Flower Market (754 Wall St.) is the largest in the United States. A trade secret among retail florists, interior decorators, and event planners, the original flower market is open to the general public in the early afternoon for $1 or $2 cash. Tommy’s Flower and Vase Land (754 Wall St) is an adjacent warehouse for party and craft materials.

Several inexpensive parking lots can also be found on Wall St. and Maple St; however, it is not a good idea to park far away from the venue because the area is not safe. There is a parking entrance on the west side of San Julian St., between 7th and 8th Streets.

California Flower Mall (825 San Pedro Street) consists of more than 45,000 square feet of fresh cut flowers and potted plants from around the world.
